You're about to assess a real clinical case.
- You'll be given the patient's presenting complaint — and nothing else.
- Type a request for anything you'd like to know about the case. Make specific queries — as in the surgery, a vague request gets a vague answer.
- Some requests may cost time, as they would in real clinical practice when treating a patient's complaint.
- When you're ready, submit your diagnosis — this will take you to the management stage.
- You'll then set out your management plan and submit again to finish.
- Feedback follows — and you can book a tutorial with our founding clinician, Dr Magdy, to discuss the case in more depth.
The timer will keep running even if you refresh the page — treat it like a real clinical appointment.
